How many recessed lights do I need?
It depends on the room’s size and use. A common rule of thumb is to space lights roughly every four to six feet, adjusted for ceiling height and how bright you want the room. Our Lighting Designer gives you a starting point.
Can you install recessed lights in a finished ceiling?
Yes. We use remodel housings and LED wafers that fit through small openings, and we patch neatly.
What color temperature should I choose?
Warm white of 2700K to 3000K feels cozy in living rooms and bedrooms. Neutral to cool white of 3500K to 4000K is popular for kitchens and workspaces. Tunable lights let you choose later.
