Who handles the power company part?
We coordinate with the utility for the disconnect and reconnect that the work requires. The utility owns its equipment and sets its own rules, and we explain the steps and timing.
What if my service mast was damaged in a storm?
Call us. A damaged mast can leave live wires exposed, so keep clear and call the utility and us right away.
Can I move my meter?
Sometimes. It depends on the utility’s rules and the new location. We can look at your setup and tell you what is possible.
