Ceiling Fan Installation
A ceiling fan keeps rooms comfortable, helps your air conditioning work less and adds style. We install fans on fan-rated boxes with clean wiring and the controls you want.

Ceiling Fan Installation, Done Right
Fans move and vibrate, so they need a fan-rated box and a solid support, not just a standard light box. We check what is in the ceiling, replace it where needed and balance the fan so it runs smooth and quiet.
We can replace an existing fixture with a fan, add a new fan where there was no light, and wire separate controls for the fan and light, whether wall switches, remote controls or smart switches.
Music City Electrical brings ceiling fan installation to homes and businesses in Nashville and across 22 Middle Tennessee cities.

Inspect and Explain
A licensed electrician looks at the problem, tests the circuits and explains what is happening in plain English, with options.
Fix It Right
We do the work carefully to code, protect your home, keep the area clean and follow local permit and inspection requirements.
Test and Walk Through
We test the finished work with you, show you what changed and answer any questions before we go.
Do ceiling fans need a special box?
Yes. A fan needs a fan-rated box and support, because it carries weight and moves. A standard light box may not be safe.
Can I control the fan and light separately?
Yes. We can wire separate wall switches or use a remote or smart control.
Why does my fan wobble?
Loose blades, an out-of-balance blade set or a loose mount can cause wobbling. We check the mount and balance the fan.
